Add blind

Open a position.
In the grid input, on the "Edit" tab, click "Blinds":
Select a blind:
If necessary, enter costs for the blind.
Click "OK".

Delete blind

In the grid input, on the "Edit" tab, click "Blinds".
Click "Remove":
