Back up the program directory including all subdirectories regularly, for example with a professional backup solution. A regular data backup helps our team to be able to act as quickly and flexibly as possible in the event of support requests. The data backup is organised by you as the customer and is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.
Note:
It is not necessary to back up the temporary directory.
