Firewall settings

The following ports are needed for ORGADATA software solutions:

• Server USB dongles communicate in the local network via the ports TCP / UDP 1947 and via Broadcast.

As of program version 12.4.1.1703, 12.6.0.804, 12.6.1.200:

API Endpoints (HTTPS, Port 443):

• api-updates.orgadata.myforterro.com
• api-dongleupdates.orgadata.myforterro.com
• api-metrics.orgadata.myforterro.com
• api-statusreports.orgadata.myforterro.com

Data transfer (Up-/download via HTTPS, Port 443):

• s3.amazonaws.com

Up to program version 12.4.1.1702, 12.6.0.803:

• Downloads and uploads use the passive ports FTPS 50000 – 52000.
• All program updates  use the port 443 (https/WebDAV, TCP) (webdav.prod.orgadata.com) and port 11965 (TCP) (update-db.orgadata.com).
