Status Report

To send your request directly to our support team, press the F11 key and select the option "Send Status Report".

Note: If the F11 key is assigned by another program, please press the Shift key and the F11 key together.

Enter a subject and a short description of your question. The subject is required to provide you with a feedback.

Under "Message" please describe the current situation in detail.

If you want us to contact you, please enter your contact details in the input fields provided and accept our privacy policy.

If you don't want to enter your contact details, the status report will be sent anonymously. In this case it is not possible for us to contact you regarding this status report.
