Create a status report
To send your request directly to our support team, press the F11 key and select the option “Send Status Report”.
Enter a subject and a short description of your question. The subject is required to provide you with a feedback.
Under “Message” please describe the current situation in detail.
If you don’t want to enter your contact details, the status report will be sent anonymously. In this case it is not possible for us to contact you regarding this status report.
Note: To use the status report, you must be connected to the Internet.
