The fire protection monitoring report contains information relating to factory production control and external monitoring, as well as all information required to verify the fire protection element. Depending on the system used, this includes dimensional checks, profiles, gaskets, accessories, approval information and other inspection-relevant components and characteristics.
Note:
The fire protection monitoring report is available only for fire-rated and smoke control doors.
- Open the "Printouts" tab and click "Monitoring of fire doors".
- In the "Factory production control (FPC)" section, enter the information required for documentation of the inspection process.
- In "FPC manager", enter the person responsible for factory production control.
- In "Sampling date", select the date on which the sample was taken.
- In "Plant", enter the identifier of the manufacturing plant.
- In "HWK no.", enter the corresponding plant identification number.
- In the "External monitoring" section, enter the information required for external monitoring.
- In "Notified body", enter the responsible monitoring or testing body.
- In "Inspection officer", enter the person responsible for the inspection.
- In "Viewed on", select the relevant date.
- Click "Display (PDF)" to display the fire protection monitoring report as a PDF.
