In this chapter, you will learn how to divide projects into sections by creating and managing phases. You will create new phases, assign positions directly or move them via drag-and-drop. The chapter explains how to assign multiple positions to a phase simultaneously. This approach supports structured organisation of the project and provides a clearer overview of individual sections.

Create a phase

  • In the project environment, open the "Start" tab:
  • Click "New" > "Phase".
  • Enter the description and information for the phase:
  • The new phase is displayed in the position list:

Assign a new position to a phase

  • Create a new position.
  • Under "Phase", select the phase to which you want to assign the position:

Assign existing positions to a phase

Press and hold left mouse button and drag and drop the position into the phase to assign an existing position to the phase:

To assign multiple positions to a phase, hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and select the positions with the left mouse button. Release the CTRL key and drag and drop the positions into the phase.
