Residual lengths

In this chapter, you will learn how to manage residual lengths within a project. You will add, edit and delete residual lengths for articles. The chapter explains how to import residual lengths from an Excel file to simplify data entry. You will also learn how to remove individual or all residual lengths and apply available residual lengths in the estimation.

• In the "Project" tab, click "Residual lengths":

Add residual lengths

• Click "Add" (1). The following window will open:
  
• Under "Profile number", select the article. Only articles from the current project can be selected.
• Enter the quantity and length of the article.

Edit residual lengths

• Select an article.
• Click "Edit" (2).

Import residual lengths

• Click "Import" (3).
• Under "Import-File", select the Excel file and then click "Import":
  

Delete residual lengths

• Select an article.
• Click "Delete" (4) to remove this residual length from the list.

Delete all residual lengths

• Click "Delete All" (5).
