In this chapter, you will learn how to manage residual lengths and residual quantities for articles within a project. You will use the fixed length function to define the optimal profile length to minimise wastage, and set minimum quantities and surcharges for fixed lengths. The chapter covers the management of compound profiles, the definition of bar lengths and the creation of profile groups. You will also learn how to exclude specific bar lengths to control profile ordering.
