Quotation

• Open the Project Environment.
• In the tab "Printouts", open the function "Quotation".
• Select the positions and confirm the data by clicking the button "Next". The following window opens:
  
• Click the button "Estimation Data" under "Estimation" to view details of the estimation data.
• Enter discounts and surcharges under "Discounts and Surcharges".
• Enter a quotation number under "Address/Number Range". Click the button "New" to generate a new quotation number automatically.
• In the section "Display Options", the following output settings are available under "Phases":
  • Display phases / phase subtotals (total price of the selected positions per phase)
  • Display phases / phase totals (total price of the selected positions per phase) + page break per phase
  • Display phases
  • Display phases + Page break per phase
  • Don't display
• Under "Display Prices", the following output settings are available:
  • Unit price + Unit element price + Total element price
  • Unit element price + Total element price
  • Total element price
  • Don't display
• Enter a text under "Price Text" to display above the position.
• Define the further display options under "Further details".
• Activate the option "Proportion of glass" to display the proportion of the glass in the printout.
• Activate the option "Total energy transmittance" to display the total energy transmittance in the printout.
• Activate the option "Light transmittance" to display the light transmittance in the printout.
• Define the delivery date in the section "Additional Settings".
• Activate the option "Alternative Positions" to include alternative positions in the printout.
• Select whether the view under "Position Drawing 1" should be displayed as interior or exterior view.
• Activate the option "Show escape door symbol" to include standard graphics for escape doors in the position drawing.
• Click the button "Display".
• In the following window "Price Transfer", you can adjust quotation prices and texts:
  

Edit Prices and Quotation Texts for Individual Positions

• Double-click a position entry in the "Price Input" window to open the following window:
  
• Click the value under "Price Element" to adjust the quotation price of the element.
• Click the text under "Quotation Text" or the pencil icon to edit the quotation text:
  
• The text editor opens:
  
• Edit the text in the text editor and click the "x" icon in the top right to apply the changes and close the editor.
• Click the arrow icon to restore the original text:
  
• Click "OK" to apply the changes.

Apply All Prices

Click the button "Apply All Prices" in the "Price Input" window to replace fixed prices with the quotation prices defined here.

Round Prices

• Click the button "Round Prices" in the "Price Input" window:
  
• Select an option in the following "Round Prices" window to define the rounding format for prices:
  

Set Total Price

• Click the button "Total Price" in the "Price Input" window to define a total price for the quotation:
  
• Adjust the total price in the following window:
  
• The prices of the individual positions are recalculated and automatically adjusted proportionally.

Generate Printout

Click the button "OK" in the "Price Input" window to open the quotation.
