• Click a printout on the "Printouts" tab to generate the printout:
  • The position selection opens:

All positions

  • In the position selection, click "All positions" to generate a printout for all positions in the project.

Marked positions

  • To select multiple positions in the project environment, hold down the CTRL key and click the respective positions:
  • On the "Printouts" tab, click the required printout.
  • In the position selection, click "Marked positions".

Select positions

  • In the position selection, click "Select positions".
  • Select the boxes of the respective positions:

Context menu

In the context menu of the position selection, functions for marking positions and phases are available.

  • Right-click a position:

Mark

From the context menu, select "Mark" (1) to open the submenu with the following options:

2 Under "Position with status", select a processing status to mark positions with that status in the position list.

3 Select "All positions" to select all positions in the position list.

4 Select "Phase" to mark all the positions of the respective phase.

5 Select "Revert" to unmark marked positions and mark unmarked positions.

Unmark

6 Under "Unmark", select whether you want to deselect all positions or the positions in the respective phase.
