Update the dongle driver regularly to ensure reliable use of the software.
Warning:
Perform the update on all individual workstations as well as on all servers.
- Check the version on your system.
- Open the page http://localhost:1947/ to access the local licence management.
- The current driver version number is displayed at the bottom right of the program window:
- Open the download page of the dongle manufacturer Thales at https://dongle.orgadata.com.
- Click the "DOW" link next to "Click here to download file" to download the latest dongle driver as a ZIP file:
- Read the End-user License Agreement and accept it at the bottom of the page.
- Extract the downloaded ZIP file.
Note:
Before installing updates, make sure that no users are working in the program and that the program is closed.
- Run the file "HASPUserSetup.exe" contained in the ZIP archive.
- Follow the steps in the installation wizard to install the dongle driver:
