Warning!
- Ensure that you have administrator rights on the single-user computer and⁄or server. If necessary, contact your system administrator.
- Ensure that the dongle is physically connected to the device on which the activation is performed.
- For a single-user dongle, perform the activation on the computer where the dongle is connected locally.
- For a server dongle, perform the activation on the server where the dongle is physically connected. We recommend downloading the activation file directly on the server.
- Ensure that no users are working in the program and that the program is closed.
- To download the dongle activation via the web interface, you need your login details. These can be found in the information window under "Serial" and "Password":

If you do not have the login details at hand, you can view them in the dongle manager. Instructions on how to start it can be found in the guide Dongle Activation via the Dongle Manager in the section "Retrieve login details for the web interface".
- Open the page https://downloads.orgadata.myforterro.com to download the activation file:
- Log in with your login credentials.
- Download the activation file in the next window and save it to your hard drive:
- After the file has been successfully downloaded, run it to perform the dongle activation.
