Note:
If the dongle runtime has expired, the program can no longer be started. In this case, activation must be performed via the web interface. If you do not have the login details, you can view them in the dongle manager.
Warning!
- Ensure that you have administrator rights on the single-user computer and⁄or server. If necessary, contact your system administrator.
- Ensure that the dongle is physically connected to the device on which the activation is performed.
- For a single-user dongle, perform the activation on the computer where the dongle is connected locally.
- For a server dongle, perform the activation on the server where the dongle is physically connected. We recommend downloading the activation file directly on the server.
- Ensure that no users are working in the program and that the program is closed.
- Click "Update" on the Home screen to open the update program:
- The activation is carried out automatically when the update program starts. No further action is required.
- You can then close the update program.
