Warning!
- Ensure that you have administrator rights on the single-user computer and⁄or server. If necessary, contact your system administrator.
- Ensure that the dongle is physically connected to the device on which the activation is performed.
- For a single-user dongle, perform the activation on the computer where the dongle is connected locally.
- For a server dongle, perform the activation on the server where the dongle is physically connected. We recommend downloading the activation file directly on the server.
- Ensure that no users are working in the program and that the program is closed.
If the dongle runtime has expired, the program can no longer be started. In this case, activation must be performed via the dongle manager.
- Open the directory "C:\Logikal\bin".
- Double-click the file "DongleManager.exe" to open the program:
Retrieve login details for the web interface
- Click the button "Check Dongle":
- The login details are displayed in the following window:
Update via the Internet
- Click the button "Update via Internet" to perform the activation via the internal update program.
- The activation is successfully completed when the following message appears:
Update via v2c file
- Click the button "Update via file" to open the file dialogue.
- Select the provided v2c file in the file menu to complete the activation.
