Solid Glass Connection

• Open a position.
• Click on the "Glazing" section.
• Select a field in the position drawing.
• On the "Edit" tab, click "Solid glass connection":
  
• The window for the solid glass connection input opens. On the "Edit" tab, all solid glass connection commands are available.
• On the ribbon, click "Finish" to exit the solid glass connection input:
  

View

• Click the "View" tab to select or deselect view options for the position drawing:
  

Add vertical solid glass connection

• Select a field and click "Add vertical" on the "Edit" tab:
  
• Enter the number of solid glass connections:
  
• Choose the orientation of the solid glass connection:
  • Equal glass dimensions (identical sight lines)
  • Equal glass dimensions (distribute equally)
  • Enter free dimensions
• Click "OK".
• After you have selected equal glass dimensions, enter the value for the gap between the panes and click "OK":
  
• After you have selected free dimensions, select the dimension reference, enter the dimensions and a value for the gap. Click "Determine free reference point" to set the reference point in the position drawing:
  
• Click "OK". The solid glass connections are displayed in the position drawing:
  

Add horizontal solid glass connection

• Select a field and click "Add horizontal" on the "Edit" tab.
• Enter the number of solid glass connections.
• Choose the orientation of the solid glass connection.
• Click "OK".
• After you have selected equal glass dimensions, enter the value for the gap between the panes and click "OK".
• After you have selected free dimensions, select the dimension reference, enter the dimensions and a value for the gap. Click "Determine free reference point" to set the reference point in the position drawing.
• Click "OK". The solid glass connections are displayed in the position drawing.

Add free solid glass connection

• Select a field.
• On the "Edit" tab, click "Add free":
  
• Click on the profile or a corner to set the start point of the solid glass connection.
• Enter the dimension and choose the dimensional reference:
  
• Click "OK".
• After selecting the "End point" option in the following window, click in the position drawing to set the end point of the solid glass connection.
• After selecting the "Angle" option, enter an angle and click "OK".
• In the next window, enter a value for the gap between the panes.
• Click "OK". The solid glass connections are displayed in the position drawing.

Delete all solid glass connections

• Select a field.
• On the "Edit" tab, click "Delete all solid glass connections" to delete all solid glass connections in the selected field:
  

Delete solid glass connection

• Select a field.
• On the "Edit" tab, click "Delete solid glass connection":
  
• In the position drawing, click on the solid glass connection which you want to delete.

Edit solid glass connection

• Select a field.
• On the "Edit" tab, click "Edit solid glass connection":
  
• In the position drawing, click on the solid glass connection which you want to edit.
• Change the value for the gap between the panes:
  
• Click "OK".
