Use the position properties to define key characteristics of a position. These include, among other things, construction details, drainage settings, connections, materials, finishes, colour schemes and other position-specific settings. Central management of these properties allows you to adapt the design of a position to project-specific and fabrication-related requirements.

  • Open the required position in the input of element.
  • In the navigation bar on the left-hand side, click "Element".
  • Open the "Edit" tab and click "Position properties" to edit the properties of the current position.

  • Select a saved finish combination in "Favourites" to apply the stored finish settings for the base element and insertions.
    • Click the button with the three dots next to the "Favourites" field to manage saved finish combinations.
    • Frequently used finish combinations can be saved as favourites across projects and users and are available when creating new positions and editing position properties.
    • In the "Colouring preferences" window, click "Add current selection to favourites" to save the currently selected finish combination as a favourite.
    • Enter a name for the favourite and confirm with "OK".
