- On the home page, click "Programs" > "Address Database":
- Double-click an address entry:
- In the following window, select the "Discount / Conditions" tab.
- Under "Estimation Data", select a data set.
- Define the "Conditions".
- You can also use the following placeholders:
- DATE → Retrieves the current date
- TOTAL → Total price
Example:
Current date: 16/08/2025
Total price: €1,225.91
Enter the following formula in the "Conditions" text field:
Payable by {DATE+10} with 3% discount {TOTAL*0.03} = {TOTAL*0.97}
The following text will appear on the printouts:
Payable by 16/08/2025 with 3% discount €36.78 = €1,189.13
Notes:
- The placeholders DATE and TOTAL must be written in uppercase.
- The data entered here will be considered in the estimation and displayed on the printouts.
Change base of calculation
The base of calculation can be defined using discounts and surcharges. To configure this setting:
- Open the "Address database".
- Under "Settings", select the function "Free Texts":
- Under "Discount / Surcharges", enter texts and select the base of calculation ("Discount" or "Surcharge") from the dropdown menu:
