- On the home screen, click "Service maintenance" > Service menu" or press the F11 function key to open the service menu:

Launch remote support
With the help of remote support, you can share your screen to the technical support team if necessary.
- Click "Launch remote support" to open the remote support program.
- In the next window, click "Show EULA…", "Show DPA…" and "Privacy policy" to read the respective texts.
- Select "I accept the EULA and the DPA."
- Click "Continue". In the next window, your ID and password will be displayed.
Callback / Email
- Click "Callback / Email" to open the contact form.
- Enter your personal data:
- Choose whether you want to receive a callback, an email response, or no response.
- In the "Message" section, under "Type", select whether your request is a user question or a notice.
- Under "Product", select which product your request relates to.
- Under "Component", select which part of the program your request relates to.
- In the "Description" field, describe your request.
- Read the privacy policy and then select "I have read the privacy policy and agree to it.".
- Click "Send" to submit your request.
Info
In the service menu or in the menu on the home screen, click "Info". The following window opens:
1 The top section displays the product name and the version number currently in use.
2 Under "Dongle", information about the dongle in use is displayed.
3 Under "Products on dongle" the available program modules are displayed.
4 Under "Currently accessed products" the number of program modules currently in use is displayed.
5 Under "Program – Path" the program directories are displayed.
6 Under "Databases" the available system databases are displayed.
7 Under "System information", information about the operating system and hardware used is displayed.
8 Click "Licenses" to display the list of technologies and third-party software used in the program.

- Click "Network" to display the data for the currently logged in users in the "Logged-on users" tab.
- Click "Message to all users" to create a message to all logged-in users. The message will open as a new window immediately after sending.
10 Click "File Extensions" to list all the file extensions used by the program.
