Note:
Only organisation owners and administrators can manage members.
- Click the "Manage members" icon:
- On the next page you will find an overview of the organisation members and the invited members.
Edit membership
- Under "Actions", click the "Edit membership" icon or click the member's name.
- Select or deselect the checkbox in front of the respective group.
- Click "Save organisation profile".
Add member
- Click "Add member" to invite a new member to the organisation:
- Enter the email address of the member you want to invite. If you want to add multiple members to the same group, enter the email addresses in the field and separate them with a comma or semicolon:
- Select the new member's group membership. Organisation owners and administrators can edit the organisation profile and manage the organisation members.
- Select the invitation language.
- Click "Invite member" to send the future member an email with an invitation link to the organisation. Inviting new organisation owners requires you to enter the password of a current owner. The invited members are listed under "Invitations".
Note:
The invited member has two options for responding to the invitation after signing in with their ORGADATA ID:
- By clicking "Respond to organisation invitation" in the invitation email.
- By clicking "Respond to invitation" under "Memberships" > "Pending invitations" > "Actions".
Remove member
- Under "Actions", click the "Terminate membership" icon to remove the member from the organisation:
- In the following window, click "Yes, terminate membership" to confirm the process.
