Internal rails with machining

Free machining can now also be placed on internal rails.

Create a position with internal rails.
In the input of elements, open the "Machining" section.
Click an internal rail in the position drawing to display the bar drawings in the lower area.
Double-click the bar drawings of the internal rail to open the detail view:
On the ribbon, click "New" to place free machining on the profile:
On the ribbon, click "Close" to return to the overview. The machining is shown on the bar drawing of the internal rail:
