The assembly number of a fabrication phase can now be displayed on tags with their barcodes, improving product identification and traceability. This eliminates confusion between jobs and fabrication phases. In addition, the assembly number can be integrated into the file names of CNC files.
Assembly numbers in the file name of the CNC file
- In the CNC company standard, on the "General" tab, select the option "Assembly number" under "Filename type":
- Click "Save".
Assembly numbers on barcodes
- In the CNC company standard, on the "Settings" tab, select the option "Assembly Number+PieceID" under "Barcode config":
- Click "Save".
Assembly numbers on tags
- On the home screen, click "Settings" > "Printouts" > "Tags" > "Optimisation tags", and then select the tag.
- In the settings for optimisation tags, under "Tag layout", select the assembly number placeholder and click "Add":
- On the preview of the tag in the right area, move the placeholder for the assembly number to the required position.
- Click "Save".
