1. Creating machinings

Go through the “CNC Database” to “CNC Machining”.

Select a system.

Create two machinings for the gasket mark:

Create one machining for a circle pocket.

Define the other machining as a slot.

2. Creating a machining group

Under “CNC Database” -> ” CNC Group”, select the system.

Click the “Add” button to create a new group.

Select the profile supplier and enter the group name for the machinings at the top.

Specify the systems in which the machining should be used. Under Type you select the option “Gasket Mark Curtain Wall”. Click on “OK”.

Open the new group.

Enter the profiles and assign the machinings in the corresponding fields under that.

Important!  Please be sure to enter the offset Dx and the association with each seal thickness correctly.

3. Activating the gasket mark

Under “CNC Database” -> “CNC Company Standard”, open the settings for your machine.

Switch to the tab “Machinings be performed”.

Activate the “Gasket mark” option. The programme now automatically selects the right system gasket depending on the glass thickness.
