Schüco RTP and Schüco Connect – Orgadata Online Help System

Schüco RTP (Real Time Processing) allows you to calculate net prices in real time without the need for manual input or the import of price lists. This ensures that you always have up-to-date and correct prices, which automatically apply the Schüco discounts. After the estimation, you can transfer the calculated data via Schüco Connect and place orders.

Set up Schüco RTP and Schüco Connect

Activate interface

On the home screen, click "Settings" > "Additional settings":
Select the "Interfaces" tab.
Under "Schüco Connect / RTP", select "Apply":

Add vendor address

Attention!
In the address database, you need to add the correct vendor address, the customer number and the email address for orders. You will receive this data from your Schüco vendor.

On the home screen, click "Programs" > "Address database":
Create an address entry of the type "Vendor":
Enter your customer number.
Enter the email address for orders.
Click "OK".

Calculate prices via Schüco RTP

Request prices from Schüco

Open the project environment.
On the "Project" tab, click "Schüco RTP":
In the next window, click "Estimation data" to edit the estimation data:
Under "Order the finish from", select whether the profiles should be coated by the profile supplier or by the coating company.
Click "OK".

Attention!
Special prices defined in the estimation data may be overwritten by the prices requested from Schüco RTP.

Click "OK" to confirm the following message:
Enter your user data in the following RTP login window:
Select a company:
Confirm access with "Yes" if you have read and agree to the privacy policy:
Select your Schüco vendor:
If necessary, enter a Schüco project number.
Select "Determine delivery date" to check the article availability when calculating prices.
Click "OK".
In the next window, select the finish properties:
- Colour code
- Protective taping
- Finish / Pretreatment
- Material specification
- Layer thickness
Click "OK" to start the RTP query. The following window displays the query report:
This data is also saved in the project information under "Documents" as a PDF file:
Double-click the document to open the report:

Special prices in the project estimation data

The price data from the RTP query is automatically transferred to the special prices of the project estimation data.

In the project environment, click the "Project" tab and select "Project estimation data":
Click "Enter special prices":
In the next window, you get an overview of all prices calculated via RTP. This data can be used for the further estimation process:

Order articles with Schüco Connect

In the project environment, click the "Printouts" tab and select "Schüco-Connect":
In the position selection, select the positions for Schüco Connect.
In the next window, click "Estimation data" to edit the estimation data.
Under "Order the finish from", select whether the profiles should be coated by the profile supplier or by the coating company.
Click "OK".
Select your Schüco vendor in the next window:
If necessary, enter a Schüco project number.
Select the option "Transfer articles into wish lists divided into categories" if you want to display the articles in Schüco Connect additionally on wish lists.
Click "OK".
In the next window, select the finish properties:
- Colour code
- Protective taping
- Finish / Pretreatment
- Material specification
Click "OK".
In the next window, sign in with your user data.
Click "Activate" to transfer all articles from Logikal:
