EOS Order System

Settings

Select in the „Project Center“ in the file menu „Settings“ > „Interfaces“ > „EOS“.

To add a new configuration click on the Button „New“.

Select the tab “EOS Mode”.

Enter e.g. „EOS Aluprof“ at „Mode Name“.

Select under „Supplier“ the option e.g. „Aluprof“.

In the tab “Order Preferences”, please enter your supplier customer number.

Enter your email settings in the form “Connections”.

If you don’t know what to enter here, please ask your system administrator.

To save the settings click on the button „OK“.

Select in the file menu „Programs“ > „Order System“.

The EOS program dialgue appears.

Create an Order

To create an order, click in the EOS dialogue on the tab „Orders“.

This category is subdivided in „In Process“, „Sent“ and „Delivered“.

Select the tab „In Process“.

Double-click on the order number.

In the following program dialogue, every item of the project is displayed.

Enter the delivery data on the top of the program dialogue.

Double-click on an item to modify it.

With the buttons on the bottom of the screen you can add profiles, accessoires and hardware.

By clicking on the button „Item-Info“ you get more information about the selected item.

To print-out the order select the button „Print“.

It is also possible to delete stock items from the order. Therfor click on the button „Delete Stock Items“.

When you checked all data, please click on „Create/Save“.

After that you have the possibility to enter a message you want to send with the order.

Click on „OK“ to finish the order process.

After that, you will find the order unter the tab „Sent“.
