Door hardware

In the "Door hardware" tab, you will find an overview of the input options for labour hours for door hardware. You can define labour hours for door hinges, locks, shoot bolt locks, as well as for operation and shoot bolt releasers. In addition, labour hours for door closers, corner drives, shoot bolt closures and cylinder-escutcheon plates can be defined:

Door hinge

The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.

• Standard per door hinge: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting door hinges.
• 2-part with fixing plate: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting two-part hinges with fixing plate.
• 3-part with fixing plate: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting three-part hinges with fixing plate.
• 2-part with screw anchor: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting two-part hinges with screw anchors.
• 3-part with screw anchor: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting three-part hinges with screw anchors.
• 2-part barrel hinge: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting two-part barrel hinges.
• 3-part barrel hinge: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting three-part barrel hinges.
• Concealed hinge: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting concealed hinges.
• 2-part weld-on hinge: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting two-part weld-on hinges.
• 3-part weld-on hinge: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting three-part weld-on hinges.
• Pin hinge: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting pin hinges.

The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.

• Single: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting single locks.
• Multi point: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting multi point locks.

Striking plate

The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.

• Standard: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting standard striking plates.
• E-opener: Define the labour hours to be calculated for mounting e-openers for striking plates.

Shoot bolt lock

The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.

Handle type

The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.

Door closer

The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.

Corner drive
