The "Assembly" tab lists in detail the various labour hours and surcharges involved in assembling elements. The overview includes standard labour hours that can be defined per position or field, as well as specific surcharges for different articles. Labour hours for connection types and adjustments can also be determined:

Standard labour hours element

Standard per position: Enter the labour hours to be calculated for each position during assembly. The labour hours can be defined for length and area articles including conditions.
Standard per field: Enter the labour hours to be calculated for each field during assembly. The labour hours can be defined for length and area articles including conditions.

Surcharge per bottom rail profile: Enter the labour hours to be calculated for each bottom rail profile during assembly. The labour hours can be defined for piece and length articles.
Surcharge per additional article: Enter the labour hours to be calculated for each additional article during assembly. The labour hours can be defined for piece and length articles.
Surcharge per internal field: Enter the labour hours to be calculated for each internal field during assembly. The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.
Corner connection: Enter the labour hours to be calculated for the assembling corner connectors. The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.
Variable corner connector (<45°): Enter the labour hours to be calculated for assembling variable corner connectors with an angle of less than 45 degrees. The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.
Variable corner connector (>45°): Enter the labour hours to be calculated for assembling variable corner connectors with an angle greater than 45 degrees. The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.
Surcharge corner connection welded: Enter the labour hours to be calculated additionally for welding corner connectors during assembly. The labour hours can be defined for piece articles.
