Additional hardware

• Open a position in the "Additional articles" section.

Add additional hardware

• On the "Edit" tab, click "Additional hardware":
  
• The following window opens:
  
• Select a supplier.
• Enter the field number to which the additional hardware should be added.
• Select an article number.
• Enter a quantity.
• Under "Assignment estimation", select to which area of the estimation the article should be applied:
  • Accessories
  • Accommodation allowance
  • Assembly
  • Dismantling
  • Glass
  • Hardware
  • Installation
  • Insulation
  • Panel
  • Profiles
  • Scaffold
  • Sheet metals
  • Travel costs
  • Work preparation
• Under "Assignment quotation", select how you want the article to appear in the quotation:
  • Display
  • Display, separately
  • Display, separately for the whole project
  • Display as option
  • Display as option, separately for the whole project
  • Don't display
• Under "Labour hours", enter the minutes for fabrication, installation and work preparation:
  

• Click "Ok". The selection appears to the left of the position drawing under "Hardware".

Edit additional hardware

• Double-click the article you want to edit. The window with the additional hardware settings opens:
  

Copy additional hardware

• Select the additional hardware article(s) to be copied.
• Right-click to open the context menu and select "Copy" to copy the additional hardware to the clipboard:
  
• Right-click to open the context menu and select "Insert" to paste the additional hardware from the clipboard.

Delete additional hardware

• Select the additional hardware article(s) to be deleted.
• Right-click to open the context menu and select "Delete" > "Selected ones":
  
• Right-click to open the context menu and select "Delete" > "All" to delete all additional hardware.

Import additional hardware

Import from previous position

• On the "Edit" tab, in the "Additional hardware" group, click "Import from" and select the "Previous position" option:
  
• The additional hardware of the last finished position is imported.

Import from project

• On the "Edit" tab, in the "Additional hardware" group, click "Import from" and select the "Job" option:
  
• Select the project.
• Select the position from which the additional hardware will be imported:
  
• Click "Select position" to start the import.
